Ms. Pavla Henzlová focuses her practice, in particular, on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and financial transactions. She represented and represents large Czech and foreign clients in a number of acquisition projects and mergers, she prepared a complete documentation for a number of syndicated loans involving large Czech and foreign banks and, also, she was involved in several project financing transactions.
